Leading the management of a dealer network in Western Australia, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and market share growth across the agriculture sector. This role involves collaborating with assigned dealerships to boost retail and wholesale sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales objectives by developing and executing business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing activities.
* Support dealers in inventory management, sales processes, and competitive positioning.
* Deliver clear, data-driven reports to help dealers identify and address performance gaps.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements.
About You:
* At least 3 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
* Demonstrated experience in sales management or territory management roles.
* Proven track record working within B2B and/or dealer network environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
* Result-driven approach with a passion for supporting dealer and customer success.
