**'Business Support Lead'.**
The Business Support Lead will work with stakeholders of Capital Markets to enable a consistent client experience relating to corporate actions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with relevant business areas to respond to ad hoc requests.
- Develop professional and collaborative relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and identify the costing model of each project and prepare professional documentation to engage with clients and regularly review opportunities for improvements.
- Review project invoicing and approve for submission to accounts receivable.
- Prepare and mail agreed reports including board papers, monthly and quarterly administration reports to as required.
- Managing client expectations through the timely and quality delivering of engagement letters or other supporting requests.
**Experience Required**
- Experience in Operations and Management roles, in particular leading and managing programs of work in a corporate environment.
- Experience in Financial Services environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and delivery.
