About the Role
Want to be part of a fun and engaged team focused on supporting the team at Sunnyfield? The Compliance & Documentation Analyst focuses on the effective operation of the compliance framework, ensuring policies and procedures are aligned to quality, risk and compliance objectives. The role will manage the ongoing review of process and program policies, procedures and work instructions to promote Sunnyfield's best practices and continuous improvement culture.
Key focus:
* Promote best practice and continuous improvement, including modelling documentation and templates.
* Ensure there is an effective process in place to track required changes and recommendations to policies, procedures and work instructions.
* Monitor changes to regulatory requirements
* Update compliance related policies, procedures and related documentation
* Respond to compliance related queries
* Review and follow up on incident reports
* Provide management reporting
* Respond to external reporting requirements
* Act as the document management system administration
* Ensure the document management system and document control processes comply with Sunnyfield and external requirements
About you
