The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the award-winning Alliance Lounge at Perth Airport.
In this role you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting a variety of fresh sandwiches with consistency and care.
You’ll also deliver outstanding service to our guests and assist with the opening and closing of the venue.

Availability to work early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday required.

What you will do?
- Welcome and assist travellers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Assemble and serve sandwiches with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of our dining and service areas
- Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
- Previous experience in food & beverage service within a fast-paced environment
- Food preparation and presentation skills, preferably experienced in sandwich making
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
- Availabilty to work the early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday
