About the role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· To be able to organise and lead a section.
· Ensure all cooks work according to HACCP Standard
· Ensure all cooks prepare the food according to the standard recipes.
· Ensure stock receival is actioned and follows the process according to food safety standards.
· To be able to always teach and guide the section.
· Familiar not only with outlet but also with hotel facilities and activities.
· Well versed with outlet standards and quality. Advanced knowledge on all product served in outlet is required.
· Promotes professionalism through appearance and manner.
· To support and be committed to establishment program of multi skilling to ensure maximum productivity.
· To be able to communicate to guest, team & outlet manager.
· To be able to guide, train and ensure that the highest level of service is obtained from the junior levels.

Skills/Experience for this role:
* Qualification from a certified training establishment
* At least two to four years' experience in a similar role
