* Experience in bulk cooking or large-scale kitchens
* HACCP/Food Safety knowledge
* Confident in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
To Be Considered
To Be Considered, You'll Need (or be willing to obtain):
* Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* National Police Check (within 6 months)
* Food Safety Certificate
* Full Australian working rights
