Responsibilities
* Safety Lead: Facilitate effective communication between staff, management, and external parties on health and safety matters.
* Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and develop targeted corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
* Manage various administrative roles related to health and safety policies and procedures.
* Collaborate in the development and implementation of environmental programs.
* Coordinate training sessions for staff on health and safety protocols.
* Work closely with team members to update and maintain standard operating procedures across multiple sites.
About This Role
This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills and experience in managing health and safety programs.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
* Prior experience in health and safety management, preferably in an agricultural or similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
