About the Role
* Support project management activities and facilitate solutions, advice, and documentation.
* Lead project objectives across multiple projects while ensuring delivery requirements are achieved.
* Work across government, private sector, and our own developments.
* Ensure compliance with planning requirements, NCC standards, Australian standards, and industry best practices.
* Track multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
About You
* Degree in Architecture or relevant tertiary qualification.
* At least 2 years' commercial construction industry experience.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
* Knowledge of design trends and proficiency in design documentation review.
* Excellent communication skills — graphic, written, and verbal.
* Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
* A safety-first mindset and a passion for sustainable design.
* Commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
