Job Description
Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop process maps and workflows to visualise and optimise operations.
Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on data analysis.
Support the technology department in implementing process changes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
Strong experience in as‑is process mapping with BPMN or similar methodologies.
Confident communicator who can engage comfortably with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Detail‑driven, analytical thinker with structured problem‑solving skills.
Experienced in running workshops, clarifying processes, and validating findings.
Familiar with documentation tools (e.g., Visio) and common business analysis practices.
