About The Role
Zenith Energy is currently seeking an Inventory Controller responsible for high-quality coordination and efficient stock management across all Zenith operating sites.
The role is based in our Perth office, reporting to the Logistics and Inventory Manager, and offers the successful candidate a nine-day fortnight.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage inventory in the Zenith Energy system, Pronto, to ensure that stock codes, supplier information, and pricing are up to date.
Maintain minimum stock levels at all Zenith Energy sites through the re-order and procurement process.
Fulfil planned maintenance stock needs based on forecasts from the asset management team.
Assist in sourcing breakdown maintenance stock as necessary.
Conduct quarterly and annual stock takes per operations requirements.
Track stock movements using Pronto
Provide training and support to the Warehouse team as needed.
Maintain organised warehouse stock, including picking and packing orders.
About You:
As the Inventory Controller, you should possess the following experience, knowledge, and skills for the role:
Previous experience in inventory control and stock management.
Experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with a strong safety culture and the ability to act as the warehouse HSE representative.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and excellent time management skills.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with ERP software, such Pronto or SAP.
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in email, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Previous experience with Quality Assurance end Quality Control desirable
