About the Role
As a Program Support Officer, you will support the delivery of GP training programs across Central and South QLD. Reporting to the Training Coordination or Operations Team Leader, you will coordinate program activities, events and administration, working closely with Medical Educators, Training Coordinators and regional stakeholders to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
This role can be based in Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton or Mackay.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate program admin and registrar support activities
* Deliver end-to-end event and workshop coordination
* Respond to stakeholder queries and provide support
* Maintain accurate data, systems and documentation
Skills & Experience
* Experience in admin and event coordination
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
