About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join our Circular Head team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your industry experience within the local area will help you build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential sales opportunities and undertake appraisals
* List, market, and sell properties
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
* Achieve targets for sales, listing, and appraisals
* Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
* A proven sales record in a related industry
* A Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain one
* A passion for interacting with people
* Negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work flexible hours
* Proven business development and marketing skills
* A current driver's licence and a roadworthy vehicle
