Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental and Sustainable Agriculture Program Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing communication, extension, and adoption strategies for environmental and sustainable agriculture projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and consistency of our brand across all corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement communication and extension plans for projects and proposals.
* Support the delivery of communications and events for sustainable agriculture and natural resource management initiatives.
* Manage subcontractors and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
* Prepare reports on communication and extension outcomes.
* Manage and provide support for our customer relationship management system.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or Environmental Science.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver effective communication and extension plans.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Experience in social media, marketing, and content creation.
* Event planning and coordination expertise.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative.
