About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Depot Manager and is responsible for the following duties;
* Day to day logistics coordination of numerous customer contracts, including managing delivery and collection activities to contract KPIs
* Implement measures and procedures to drive service performance and continuous improvement of the freight network
* Communication and escalation of all freight-related issues from point of origin
Roster
* Even time roster - 7 On / 7 Off
* On-call responsibilities during 7 On roster

Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator within the Transport & Logistics Industry would be preferred
* High computer literacy, with the demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems and software (particularly MS Office Suite & Office Companion)
* Strong communication skill and ability to adapt to change
* Must be able to troubleshoot and have the ability to problem solve
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small driven team
* Good time management and organisational skills
