BH Studios (formerly Bungalow Home) is stepping into an exciting new era, and we’re looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to help lead the commercial and brand growth of our multi-faceted design house.
This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director and Director of Creative Design to strengthen brand presence, drive new business, and build meaningful relationships across the design and property industries.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading sales, marketing, brand, and communications strategy
* Driving new business opportunities and quoting styling and design projects
* Being actively on the road meeting with agents, developers, and clients
* Representing BH Studios with authenticity and professionalism
* Overseeing digital content, campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships
* Tracking performance, pipeline conversion, and marketing ROI
About you:
You bring a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development within design, interiors, or property. You’re commercially minded, relationship-driven, confident managing pipelines end-to-end, and excited to help shape the next chapter of a growing creative brand.
