Supporting our internal clients, you’ll help drive digital improvements, secure infrastructure, and maintain critical systems and software. Your day-to-day will include: Administering Windows and Linux server environments Managing backups (Veeam) and monitoring server performance Hardening systems and managing cybersecurity measures Rolling out and supporting in-house software solutions Supporting enterprise-wide network infrastructure (Cisco, SD-WAN, firewalls, virtual networks) Automating repeatable tasks via RMM tools Managing patch deployments and hybrid storage environments Reviewing hardware lifecycles and maintaining IT documentation Providing support for software development and remote site infrastructure (including site visits) Skills And Experiences What we also need 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role Technical knowledge across Microsoft Azure, Entra, Active Directory, IIS, and Hyper-V Experience with Cisco networking, backup and storage solutions (including SAN), and remote site infrastructure Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
