The Role
As Boutique Manager, you will:
* Lead by example, building a customer-focused culture and delivering exceptional service
* Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team to exceed KPIs and celebrate wins
* Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention
* Build strong relationships with VIP clients and create memorable in-store experiences
* Recruit, train, and coach a like-minded, high-performing team
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and bring:
* Boutique Manager, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager experience in luxury or contemporary retail
* A track record of driving sales, KPIs, and team performance
* A passion for 1:1 clienteling and delivering an elevated shopping experience
* Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
