The role
Position Overview
South Metropolitan Health Service – Fremantle Hospital, a 300‐bed specialist hospital focused on aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services, is seeking Occupational Therapists to join a multidisciplinary team. This is a full‐time or part‐time position, permanent or fixed‐term, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in the adult acute clinical area and other assigned areas as required.
- Deliver services within the health service and, where appropriate, in the community.
- Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care.
- Practice in accordance with Occupational Therapy professional registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines, and SMHS policies and guidelines.
