About the Role
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Industrial Demolition Labourers to join our operations team across Melbourne's Metro Area. This hands‐on role is ideal for someone with strong industrial demolition experience who enjoys physical work, works in fast‐paced environments, and contributes to major demolition and strip‐out projects.
Your Day-to-Day May Include
* Performing industrial demolition and strip‐out works on commercial and industrial sites
* Using jackhammers, grinders, demo saws, and other demolition tools
* Assisting with structural demolition and removal of concrete, steel, and other materials
* Loading and unloading materials and assisting with site clean‐up and waste removal
* Supporting machine operators and other trades on site
* Following site safety procedures, SWMS, and PPE requirements
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized worksite
* Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
* Proven industrial demolition experience (essential)
* Experience working on large commercial or industrial demolition projects
* Ability to safely operate hand and power demolition tools
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
* Strong awareness of site safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* White Card (essential)
* Additional tickets highly regarded (EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Asbestos Awareness)
