* Full-time position working 38 hours per week (reduced EFT is negotiable)
* Salary ranging from $119,093 to $124,073 per annum (based on experience) plus superannuation

Hope Street Youth and Family Services Limited(\"Hope Street\") is a secular community organisation that provides specialist crisis accommodation, short term housing and support services to young people and their children experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an inspired and motivated Business Partnerships Professional looking to work in a purpose-driven NFP with an advocating and client-focused team.
Reporting to and working closely with the ChiefExecutiveOfficeryou will:
* Lead the development and implementation of partnership strategies that support organisational growth and long‐term sustainability.
* Build strategic alliances with philanthropic, corporate, government and community partners to expand Hope Street's reach and impact.
* Maintain a proactive pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned with Hope Street's strategic priorities.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Establishing, nurturing and coordinating business partnerships with philanthropic trusts and foundations, ensuring consistent communication and mutually beneficial outcomes;
* Seeking new partnerships with external agencies/organisations and collaborating with key influential stakeholders within local communities;
* Attracting and securing new funding and project‐managing new initiatives;
* Strategically promoting and positioning Hope Street within the wider community, to strengthen visibility and leverage emerging opportunities for growth;
* Delivering on Hope Street's external communications collateral with a focus on donor and partner‐targeted communications; and
* Play a central role on the Executive Leadership Team by contributing to strategic planning and overseeing projects that strengthen the organisation's growth in an evolving sector.

About You
* Bachelor's degree qualification in Business Development, Community Development or related field.
* Experience in a similar role in a not-for-profit organisation and have an understanding of the external issues relevant to the role/organisation.
* Highly developed conceptual, strategic, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Outstanding leadership, management and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels including donors, community members, senior government officials, in a professional and social environment.
* Flexibility to manage competing demands and timeframes.
