Bestech Australia is a specialist technical group serving Australia's most demanding industrial sectors, including but not limited to Oil and Gas, Defence, Mining, Water, Energy, Transport and Advanced Manufacturing. We add value through a team of engineers and technical specialists who have built deep expertise in sensors, measurement instrumentation and data acquisition systems, and partner with our customers to solve problems that matter.
We represent world‐leading companies including some of the most recognised names in precision measurement, and back every product with genuine local engineering support like calibration, commissioning, troubleshooting and hands‐on technical assistance delivered by people who understand the application. We have worked with research institutions, OEM manufacturers, universities and government agencies, and have fostered years of partnership to solve complex industrial measurement challenges across pressure, temperature, level, displacement, strain, force, torque, acceleration, vibration and more. These are not transactional relationships. They are long‐term partnerships built on technical credibility and consistent delivery.
Role Description
Bestech is at an exciting stage of growth, and marketing is central to what comes next. We have expanded our portfolio and deepened our presence in priority industrial sectors through strategic acquisition, and we're now building the marketing function that will grow three established brands into their next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to bring your creativity into a technical business, craft stories that land with sophisticated buyers, and see your work make a visible difference.
We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to execute our group‐wide marketing strategy across the Bestech portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will own our events, brand and collateral, internal communications and social presence and be a driving force behind our account‐based marketing (ABM) program. No two weeks look the same: one might centre on a major industry exhibition, the next on a brand campaign or a new piece of content. It's hands‐on, highly visible, and full of room to grow along a clearly mapped career path.
You will thrive here if you are creative and exceptionally organised. You are also a natural communicator, good with words and take pride in getting the details right. You are comfortable running several projects at once, and you pick up new technology (CRM, email, social, AI) quickly. Most of all, you will be given an ownership: the chance to run things, see them land, and build your marketing career as the function grows around you.
This is a full‐time, on‐site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Springvale South, VIC.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and run trade events, conferences and exhibitions across all business units, including coordinating logistics, stands and hands‐on equipment demonstrations.
* Produce and manage brand and marketing collateral and maintain brand consistency across the group through the hybrid brand rollout.
* Own internal communications for the Bestech group: brand updates, marketing program announcements and group news.
* Grow and manage organic social media profiles across all group brands, planning and publishing content for technical and industrial audiences.
* Maintain CRM and lead records, ensuring data quality and supporting lead management for the ABM program.
* Maintain the vendor product registry, keeping product information current and consistent across channels.
* Write and deliver email marketing campaigns supporting the ABM strategy, including copywriting.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or event management.
* Minimum of one to three years of previous experience as marketing coordinator. An exceptional graduate may be considered for this role.
* Strong organisation, people and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
* CRM platform experience (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
* Confident copywriting and content skills.
* Digital literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* A highly accountable self‐starter with strong attention to detail.
* Experience in a B2B, technical or industrial environment.
* Experience marketing across multiple brands or business units.
What We Offer
* A clearly defined career path with structured progression toward senior marketing roles.
* Ongoing training, development and mentoring.
* Laptop and support to attend industry events and exhibitions.
* A collaborative team that takes its work seriously.
