About the Role
* Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders across employee relations, performance concerns and workplace matters
* Handle complex ER matters including investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
* Support managers with award interpretation and HR compliance requirements across the organisation
* Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement and people focused initiatives
* Coach and guide leaders to build confidence in managing teams and workplace challenges
* Contribute to continuous improvement across HR policies, procedures and internal processes
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a senior HR capacity, ideally within complex or regulated environments
* Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations processes
* Experience working within highly regulated or service based environments highly regarded
* Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
* Hands on and adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
