A well-established, values-driven organisation in the insurance and financial services space is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Claims leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a administrator ready to take the next step in their career. You'll join a high-performing, fast-paced division and provide essential support to a General Manager and senior team members.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide proactive admin and scheduling support to the GM
* Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book rooms and monitor inboxes
* Organise internal events and engagement activities across multiple sites
* Handle travel bookings, expenses and credit card reconciliations
* Keep team compliance and engagement activities on track
* Take minutes and manage actions from leadership meetings
What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years’ admin experience—ready to grow into a PA role
* Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
* Reliable, detail-oriented and professional with a proactive mindset

Key Details:
* Full-time temporary contract (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)
