The Role:
As a Sales Cadet, you will support day-to-day sales operations while learning every aspect of the property sales process, including:
* Buyer and seller liaison
* Assisting with property listings and campaigns
* Attending home opens and inspections
* Database management and admin support
* Learning negotiation, marketing, and sales strategy firsthand
Skills & Experience:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Well presented with professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Interested in building a career in real estate (sales registration preferred or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Drivers License and transport is essential
