Key Responsibilities
- Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
- Maintain store appearance, safety, and cleanliness to the highest standards.
- Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
- Assist on registers, shelf filling and merchandising special buys.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
- Run the store while the Store Manager is on leave.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience leading customer‑facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers.
- Passion for motivating, training and encouraging team performance.
- Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store results.
- Professional and responsible approach to all situations.
- Capacity to work independently and oversee ALDI policy compliance.
