The Role Reporting to the Director, Identity Access Management (IAM) – IAM is responsible for building and maintaining the corporate systems that manage user access to the network, systems, and services. We are looking for an energetic and motivated leader with a technical background, who will lead a small software development team that has a mixture of both APS staff and contractors. You will work with high performing individuals in a team that is trusted by leadership to deliver a modern IAM system based on the latest cloud technology. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Executive Level 1 may include: Provide assistance to the director, and be able to be the representative for the director when they are not available. Supervisory management of staff and leadership of technical subject matter experts. Assist in managing delivery of the IAM system. Assist with effort estimate, costings and tracking of work deliverables. Manage competing priorities and ensure delivery of quality work within required timeframes. Manage and delegate activities of the team. Representing the team in various meetings and forums. Qualifications and Education Desirable to have, or working towards, a Diploma or higher in an ICT field. Desirable to have a good understanding of ICT/IAM concepts. Desirable to have completed post graduate training that illustrates self-improvement.
