System Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure.
This role involves delivering remote and onsite technical support across server, network, and end-user environments.
* Administer and monitor infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and security.
* Maintain system documentation and contribute to asset lifecycle management.
* Support infrastructure hosted internally and externally including WAN and telephony.
* Assist with threat monitoring, change management, and disaster recovery testing.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 23 years experience in systems administration or IT support.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
* Technical certifications desirable.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk environments.
