About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, prioritizing tasks, and delivering safe, efficient, and effective care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will also provide health promotion services, initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with AHPRA
* 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent)
* Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
Williamtown Health Centre is located at RAAF Base Williamtown, Australia's premier fighter pilot training base. The centre provides primary health care, psychology, physiotherapy, and dentistry services to Defence personnel and their families.
