Responsibilities:
1. Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.
2. Supervise and lead a team of young employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Ensure quality workmanship, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
4. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
5. Maintain a strict adherence to safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Key Qualifications:
1. NSW Electrical Supervisors Licence
2. White Card
3. Asbestos Awareness Certification
4. Working at Heights Certification
5. Valid Driver's Licence
6. First Aid certificate
7. Level 2 accreditation, security and data or commercial appliance is advantageous (or willing to work towards)
8. Permission to work within Australia (Visa)
