As our Kindergarten Facilities Lead, you'll bring your expertise in facilities and infrastructure management to ensure our kindergartens and community hubs operate efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard, helping create spaces where children can learn, grow and thrive.

As a Kindergarten Facilities Lead (Community Hubs & Kindergartens), you will:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of kindergarten and community hub facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose
• Coordinate contractors, inspections, and maintenance programs across multiple sites to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services
• Lead minor capital works and upgrade projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines with minimal disruption to services
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, councils, contractors, and community stakeholders to support responsive, customer-focused service delivery

Position Details
* Full time, ongoing position
* 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
* $110,379 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging
What We're Looking For

We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:

* Tertiary qualification relevant to the role eg. Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Facilities Management, Asset Management Property or
* Significant equivalent experience (5-10+ years) in facilities, infrastructure or operational leadership
* Experience in providing facilities maintenance and management in kindergarten environment, is desirable.
* Knowledge of building management and property maintenance for a public building.
* Ability to lead a team and work as a member of a team.
* Ability to plan, manage and prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively to meet timeliness.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and all abilities.
* High level of computer literacy and ability to use electronic booking systems, databases, and finance software packages.
* Experience in establishment of new buildings and/or operational sites.
