Our hotel seeks a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our rooms. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver all necessary items to housekeeping teams, including linen, chemicals, laundry, and equipment.
 * Secure keys and equipment during shifts and adhere to guest confidentiality guidelines.
 * Maintain high standards of property presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness while optimizing resources.
 * Clean and maintain equipment, store rooms, and trolleys to ensure they are neat and functional.
 * Ensure corridors remain clear of obstructions and assist with removing rollaway beds and cots as needed.
 * Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with general inquiries.
