AustCorp is currently supporting a Tier 1 Integrated Facilities Management service provider operating across Australia, who is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, or Brisbane, requiring a mix of home-based and corporate office work.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and project manage bids
- Undertake research and analysis in relation to the client and the proposal
- Draft written responses to bid questions
- Review and interpret technical data to suit the target audience
- Ensure that accurate records are kept, and regular reports are provided
- Management of the Bid Library
- Work across several projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
**Ideal skills and experience**:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (such as Marketing, Communications, or Journalism)
- Minimum 5-years' experience in a Bid / Admin Coordinator role
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an emphasis on quality standards and attention to detail
- Excellent time / project management skills
