Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Property, Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ, you'll oversee Abano's Australian property portfolio, coordinating property projects and managing day-to-day facilities operations. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery, facilities management, contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi-site network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver property projects including new practice set-ups, refurbishments, relocations, expansions and closures
* Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
* Manage repairs, maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost-effectively
* Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities
* Mitigate property-related risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Partner closely with practices, support office teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar facilities or project coordination role
* Proven experience managing multi-site facilities
* Strong understanding of building services, compliance and contractor management
* Highly organised, delivery-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and gets things done
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Project Management or a related field
