Beenyup Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School located in the fast–growing town of Byford, WA.
The Role
The School Psychologist will be a key member of the student services team, providing high‐quality psychological services to support student success and to build whole‐school capacity beyond direct service delivery.
* Contribute to collaborative case management processes, supporting development and review of documented plans.
* Apply analytical skills to identify student needs, potential barriers to learning and wellbeing, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
* Work collaboratively with staff to implement effective strategies addressing identified learning, social and behavioural needs.
* Provide targeted support for students at risk and partner with school leaders to strengthen whole‐school responses to intervention.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of school–based services and programs, coordinating priorities with the Learning Support Team.
* Provide a strong understanding of evidence‐informed approaches to student wellbeing, engagement and learning, promoting inclusion and positive engagement across classrooms.

Eligibility
* Hold or be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
