This is not a desk job. It's hands-on, high-energy, and no two days are ever the same. You'll work side-by-side with the Venue Manager to keep operations running smoothly—from managing service and staff to jumping in on the floor when things heat up.

Essential requirements :
* Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
* Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
* Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
* Knowledge of TAB and wagering
* Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
* Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
* Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
* CLO - Desirable not necessary
