What You'll Do Coordinate deliveries, collections, and installations of battery and hybrid power units.
Maintain accurate records of fleet availability, hire status, and service schedules.
Prepare documentation including job sheets, purchase orders, and compliance records.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Support reporting on fleet performance and operational metrics.
What We're Looking For Experience in operations, logistics, or administration (construction or equipment hire a plus).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
Experience with Hubspot or similiar CRM.
A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
