Role
The position of Payroll Officer is a key member of the College's Finance and Administration Team. The College Payroll Officer is responsible for the processing of the College payroll, maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring compliance with CEWA payroll procedures and schedules. Other duties include assisting the College Finance Team. The College Payroll Officer is required to uphold and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discernment, and encompasses skills in managing staff enquiries, payroll records management, data entry, reconciliations, and other general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Process the College payroll and maintain employee payroll records in compliance with CEWA payroll procedures and schedules.
* Support the College Finance Team and perform other duties as required.
* Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discernment; manage staff enquiries, payroll records management, data entry, reconciliations and other general administrative tasks.
