About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries. Your role is to provide clear, effective, and empathetic support across various products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound customer calls, email and chat
- Providing accurate information and solutions
- Navigating multiple systems with efficiency
- Using initiative and problem-solving to meet customer needs
Location: Training onsite at Kewdale then WFH available upon competency review and sign off.
Shifts available: Rotating roster between 8:30am - 10pm, Monday to Sunday
Employment type: Casual role
Training: up to 9 weeks of comprehensive training provided

What You’ll Need
- At least 6 months of contact centre experience, or 12+ months in customer service or retail
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Confidence using multiple systems and managing time effectively
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
Work-from-Home Flexibility
After your initial training period onsite in Kewdale, you will be eligible to transition into a hybrid work model.
To work from home, you’ll need:
- Minimum internet speed of 28.8 Mbps
- A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair
- A quiet, private workspace
