Head of Human Resources
within the People & Culture team at
eHealth NSW

, working closely with peers across People & Culture to enhance our overall HR strategy and practices. Your leadership will help build a

that enables eHealth NSW to deliver on its mission and strategic priorities.
In This Role, You Will
* Lead the HR function strategically, ensuring alignment with eHealth NSW's priorities and driving transformation initiatives to enhance practices, systems and workforce capability.
* Oversee HR service delivery and complex workforce matters, acting as the escalation point for cases and ensuring risk-aware, customer-focused and compliant outcomes.
* Provide expert HR advice and coaching to leaders, aligning workforce solutions with organisational maturity, performance expectations and strategic goals.
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, leading consultations, resolving complex issues in the best interest of the organisation.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or has equivalent professional experience.
* Has a proven track record of driving HR strategy and transformation in complex organisations.
* Has a passion for healthcare, technology and innovation, and the ability to align people initiatives with organisational goals and business outcomes
