Working at our Traralgon branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll focus on building strong customer relationships with local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers by:
* Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone, building strong client relationships
* Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to drive branch performance.
* Accurately processing counter sales, manage stock levels, and perform regular stocktakes.
* Handling goods dispatch and receipt, including loading/unloading trucks and completing local deliveries.
* Maintaining compliance with EH&S policies and ensure safe handling of hazardous substances.
What You'll Bring:
* Previous exposure to agriculture or rural merchandise sales.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Practical experience in stock control, inventory processes, and warehouse operations.
* A team-oriented approach with flexibility to assist across branch functions.
