The Role
Recruiter (6‐month contract). Your next opportunity shouldn't depend on your last job title but on your skills. At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter who will support client hiring managers in filling vacancies against target start dates, while ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met. The Recruiter will manage the end‐to‐end recruitment process, utilizing relevant recruitment technologies. They will deliver an excellent recruitment service aligned with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the overall hiring manager experience.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:
* Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing end‐to‐end recruitment support and advisory on process, timelines, and market insights.
* Lead full‐cycle recruitment delivery, from vacancy briefing and sourcing strategy alignment through to offer management and closing candidates.
* Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, and realistic hiring expectations, recommending best‐fit candidates.
* Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring strong candidate engagement and delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
* Ensure accurate system updates, compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of end‐to‐end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment managing multiple requisitions.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner and influence hiring managers across ANZ.
* Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering against hiring targets and maintaining a high‐quality candidate experience.
* Preferred background in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences, open to FMCG, Nutrition, or Retail with strong recruitment experience.
* Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work setup and comfortable working on a 6‐month contract engagement.
