Job Description
About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Casual Pastry Chef to join our innovative team at St Vincent's Care Services, Eltham. Located just 20 km north-east of Melbourne's city centre, Eltham is known for its green spaces and welcoming community. In this role, you will bring your culinary skills and passion to create a fine dining experience for our residents, delivering and planning pastry menus, and showcasing your creativity in a dynamic aged care setting.

Qualifications and Skills
* Trade qualification in Commercial cooking (preferred), current Food Handler Certificate
* Proven experience in high-volume cooking environments such as fine dining, hotels, healthcare
* Excellent knowledge of Food Services and food safety standards
* High level of customer service and attention to detail
* Ability to follow care plans and understand resident rights
* Excellent food presentation skills
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required
