We're growing and looking for a driven, organised, and customer focused individual to take on a dual role in Lead Plumber & Operations with opportunity for sales training.
About the role:
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety. You'll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and suppliers – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Split and Ducted installations/Gas heater installations
· Communicate with clients, suppliers and technicians
· Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency
· Occasionally working with contractors when an extra set of hands are required
What we are looking for:
· HVAC or trades industry experience a must
· Strong communication and organisation skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Proficiency with scheduling software
· A proactive, solution-focused mindset
