Manage vendor relationships including coordinating response to critical or major issues.Project Oversight: Guide your team's involvement in ICT projects, ensuring strategic alignment and successful implementation. Prepare and monitor relevant budgets and oversee change control processes and network infrastructure documentation. What do you need to bring? Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience, with ITIL foundation level accreditation highly desirable.Advanced technical expertise in network and systems administration and proficiency in network management, capacity planning and security best practices.Demonstrated leadership in team management and performance development.Ability to support senior management through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.Skilled in supporting diverse IT environments and ensuring alignment with service level outcomes.
