Responsibilities:
- Handle and address rental enquiries via email and phone.
- Conduct open homes and inspections.
- Perform routine inspections and Saturday work.
- Prepare properties for online advertising.
- Manage lease sign-ups and prepare lease packs.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A current Real Estate Certificate.
- Your own car and valid driver's license.
- Previous real estate experience is ideal but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and confident manner.
