We're a bespoke precast concrete operation based in the Canberra region and we're expanding our production team. We have multiple positions available and we're interested in hearing from people at all experience levels — from labourers looking to get into the trade through to experienced hands ready to step into a senior role.
Our work is architectural and bespoke. We manufacture precast panels and structural elements for residential projects designed by a registered architect. The work requires care and precision — and if you take pride in what you make, you'll fit in here.
We're open to applicants across all levels — from yard labourers and offsiders through to experienced formworkers, concreters and leading hands. Tell us where you're at and what you've done. We'll work out where you fit.
What the work involves
* Working in a precast manufacturing yard producing bespoke architectural concrete panels
* Forming, casting, stripping and finishing concrete elements to specification
* Working from drawings and following production schedules
* Operating and maintaining plant and equipment safely
* Being part of a small, close-knit team where your work is seen and valued
What we're looking for
* Reliable and hardworking — this is hands-on physical work
* Safety — White Card & Asbestos required as a minimum
* Any concrete, formwork, construction or yard experience is an advantage
* Tickets and licences are a bonus but not a barrier — tell us what you have
* Based in Canberra or the surrounding region
* A genuine interest in doing quality work, not just getting through the day
