Enterprise Project Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Project Management Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and wants to make a real impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating risk management across our project and program portfolio, working closely with project stakeholders to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor delivery risks, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
* Monitor emerging risks, trends, and systemic issues across projects, escalating risks through appropriate channels, and supporting resolution as required.
* Design and facilitate risk workshops and assurance reviews to build enterprise-wide capability and foster a culture of risk-informed decision making.
* Partner with project stakeholders to ensure actions are appropriate, implemented, and effectively monitored for the duration of projects.
* Support the integration of risk information into planning, reporting, and scheduling processes.
* Deliver accurate and timely risk management reporting, including visualised data, trend analysis, and commentary to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project or portfolio risk management within a large, multidisciplinary environment, and a strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and their application across project lifecycles.
They will be highly proficient in critically assessing and analysing risk data, and translating insights into clear, actionable information for a diverse range of stakeholders.
As a natural communicator, they will be confident in influencing and engaging with a wide variety of project teams across the organisation - building relationships, providing advice, and facilitating fit-for-purpose training workshops.
