At RJE Global, we specialise in projects involving the provision of electrical balance of plant solutions. This encompasses various aspects such as underground and overhead high voltage transmission systems, substations and switchyards, diesel and gas-fired turbines, wind farms, battery storage systems, and mining process plants. We have established strong partnerships with Australia's leading transmission network providers, suppliers of wind, gas, and diesel generation equipment, as well as prominent mining companies.

Role:

RJE Global is seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join the HR Team. The HR Administrator will team up with the Senior Manager - HR and company managers to assist with all HR operational aspects. The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative support for recruitment activities and HR processes across our national operations. Your role will focus on assisting the recruitment needs with candidate coordination, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Administration and Records: Manage HR inbox, digital files, employee records, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the employment lifecycle.
* Reports and Analytics: Create bespoke HR reports analysing HR metrics on recruitment, staffing, turnover, performance, budget/resource planning and other HR trends.
* Recruitment Support: Work with hiring managers to define roles, update roles and responsibilities, screen applications, shortlist qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and create job ads, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
* Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee employee inductions, paperwork, compliance checks, verification of qualifications, licences and working rights, onsite orientation and transitions (onboarding, transfers, exits).
* Performance and Relations: Coordinate appraisals, KPIs, probation reviews, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes. Assisting Training Development Coordinator in administrative training requirements.
* Policy and Compliance: Keep policies updated, ensure legal and WHS (workplace health & safety) standards are upheld, and assist managers with compliance.
* Team Support: Provide general HR admin assistance, maintain HR registers, handle phone queries related to human resource management, assisting with RTWSA claims and escalating where necessary.

Required:

* A certificate, diploma, in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
* Prior experience in HR administration, with a solid grasp of recruitment and HR processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* High emotional intelligence and a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new systems and procedures.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet tight project deadlines independently.
* Collaborative team player who works effectively alongside colleagues and management.
* Consistently produces work that is methodical, accurate, and well-presented.
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Handles confidential information with discretion and integrity.
* Capable of passing medical examinations and random drug and alcohol tests.
* Holds a valid Construction Industry White Card.
* Possesses a current and valid driver's license.

Advantageous:

* Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Law or related field.
* Return to Work Coordinator Certificate.
