The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality physiotherapy and allied health services to our residents. Your work will directly contribute to optimising their health, safety, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and reviews
* Developing innovative, individualised treatment and care plans
* Providing hands‑on physiotherapy to manage pain and maintain quality of life
* Leading rehabilitation programmes and falls‑prevention initiatives
* Designing and delivering exercise programmes tailored to residents' needs
* Assessing and prescribing mobility aids and functional equipment
* Providing manual handling training for staff and general education for residents and families
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards (desirable)
* Full working rights in Australia
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Passionate about delivering person‑centred care
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Empathetic, caring, and committed to making a positive impact
