About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Training Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in training delivery and RTO compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the RTO, including training delivery, compliance, and reporting requirements. They will oversee all training assessments, ensuring accurate data management across CRM systems and internal databases.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in training & assessment and have a thorough understanding of industry licensing and regulatory requirements. They will be confident in managing end-to-end training operations and highly organised, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage CRM/database systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the RTO;
* Deliver high-quality training services to students;
* Oversee all training assessments and ensure accurate data management;
* Maintain course content to ensure alignment with industry standards and licensing requirements;
* Promote student enrolment and inclusivity by organising events and representing the organisation at industry functions.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment;
* Current Real Estate Licence;
* Certificate IV in Property Management, Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales, and/or Diploma in Agency Management (or willing to obtain).
